Cultural Enablers principles make it possible for people in an organization to engage in the transformation journey, progress in their understanding, and ultimately build a culture of organizational excellence. Organizational excellence cannot be achieved through top-down directives or piecemeal implementation of tools. It requires a widespread organizational commitment. The CULTURAL ENABLERS workshop will help you define ideal behaviors and the systems that drive them using behavioral benchmarks.

The workshops Go and Observe host site is Signs.com. In March 2020 Signs.com was hit like many businesses by a sharp decline in business due to the COVID pandemic. Overnight business fell by 60% and the future looked very uncertain with no clear path and yet 2 months later Signs.com had a record month for sales. Hear how Signs.com pivoted quickly to turn a situation that could have been devastating into an opportunity for growth by using Shingo and Lean principles.

This workshop takes you deeper into the Shingo Model™ by focusing on the principles identified in the Cultural Enablers dimension:

  • Respect Every Endividual
  • Lead With Humility

*DISCOVER EXCELLENCE is a prerequisite to this workshop.
